" Ice stay"

"The indoor pool area needs a good cleaning and the hot tub was barely even warm. The room/suite was spacious, but all items in our room were very worn. The bed was comfortable, tho! Breakfast was good- typical items including waffles, eggs, bacon etc. "

"We were in town for a competition at the wilderness. It was a short drive to where we needed to travel to. The staff at breakfast was great."

"The setting was nice and quite, the only thing was the breakfst had expired food and was not fixed when spoke with employee there. "

"Wife and I were traveling for Business. We love to stay there the staff is helpful and friendly. Lorraine and Jessica were great with check in and out. "

"No hot water at all. Staff did not inform us but other guests told us about it when we were hanging out at the pool and said they were told it was fixed... but it was not! My poor 9 year old had to take a cold shower for her dance competition. No staff at the front desk the next morning to discuss options. "
