"The rooms are very comfortable although some furniture may need a little extra cleaning. The staff as always very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Location was convenient next to the highway."

"Clean room, friendly staff, and affordable pricing? No wonder this place was so highly rated! It was a great place to spend the night as a couple and enjoy all the area has to offer!"

"The staff was real helpful. The phone wasn't working in our room. Someone came and fixed it right away. If you are a coffee drinker, beware there is only a small one cup pot in the room. No problem with parking, there was plenty. The food was ok, we ate there a couple of days, but then we started going across the road from us from to the waffle house. We would stay there again, if in the area."

"We had a great time staying y the wilderness at the Smokies. We stayed during the week so there weren’t any lines. Hotel was very clean. Family friendly. Check in was fast. Staff was friendly-more so in the stone hill lodge where we stayed than the river lodge. Shuttle bus was available every 15min to transport to the waterpark. The only downfall was we weren’t aware of the construction going on for half of the waterpark so that was a bit of a let down but we still had fun. Park hours aren’t. Very late either for it being a vacation spot so that’s the only other let down we had. Overall though, we’d book again soon."
