What a beautiful place to stay at. We had a junior suite and it was the perfect amount of space for us with two little children. The bonus of having the restaurant next door is such a nice touch. Will definitely stay again!

Very quaint and quiet hotel. Restaurant next door is nice but very expensive. The breakfast was wonderful and free coffee all day. Some areas a a bit dated and a few things in the room didn't work but the bed was very comfortable and I would stay here again.

My family and I were on a roadtrip and this establishment was the best one we stayed at on entire trip! Better than the other chain hotels. Customers service and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was commendable. Great food choices too at their breakfast buffet. Different variety from the norm.

Excellent dinner at the Tavern. Pizza was so good, crème brûlée, etc. fancy! Good comfortable chairs all around the property. Copious delicious breakfast with cheerful attendant. Super comfy beds. Executive Room was great!

This property seemed quite overpriced when evaluated against the comfort of the stay. We heard our neighbors and children running in the cooridor. The staff was friendly and professional. The gal monitoring the breakfast had incredible hustle for a small space with a boatload of guests. The property is fine, but it cost way too much.

We'd stayed here before and enjoyed the quiet location near the Erie Canal and Syracuse University. The in-room coffee maker wasn't plugged in and I ended up plugging it into one of the bathroom outlets. The room smelled a little musty, but the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast downstairs was decent, though it'd be nice to have bananas.
