The property is in a deserted part of town, so it is not in walking distance of restaurants. However, the staff did recommend a sports bar that was surprisingly nice, Jammers, that we enjoyed despite not being sports bar kind of people.

The location was great for our visit to the NY State Fair coming from the Rochester area. Easy access to the hotel from routes 90 and 690. Coffee in the lobby at all hours (check). A free breakfast that had an assortment of both hot and cold items (check). The staff were extremely helpful (check check check!). The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet...and we were facing the highway. We will definitely stay here in future State Fair visits!

The building is very run down and the rooms are very musty, this is the 2nd stay there (a few years apart from one another) and we won’t be going back. The staff are very friendly though, they deserve better conditions as well.

An excellent option if you're on a budget. Tolerably clean, mostly well maintained, good plumbing, and exceptionally warm and welcoming staff. The desk agent in particular greeted me nicely when I showed up a couple hours early for check-in in the hope that they had a room ready, which they did and which was extremely helpful to me. The weakest area was the Wi-Fi, which was inconsistent, fluctuating between slow and unusable.

Clean, good room. Got a reservation when rooms in the area were very difficult to find. The hotel is old and in need of some repairs, but the price was right and there were no problems at all. If you want five star luxury, this is not your place. The breakfast is a nice plus! Serves it's purpose very well.

The staff was very friendly, and we really liked the breakfast. The only problem we had was that the TV was not working, just kept buffering. And there was no regular coffee for the coffee maker in the room, just decaf.

The room had those nasty little ants that bite. The house keeper cleaned the room again, but the nasty ants were still there. When I was looking for a house keeper I couldn't find one and when I did they were on there phones. The breakfast was good for what it was. Very basic
