The hotel was spotless, including the dining area, which provided a generous free breakfast. One of the clerks, Moshulu, was especially helpful in overcoming the problems of a broken computer printer in the business center. The only other issue was the failure of your organization, and not the hotel, to notify the organization that sponsored my trip that their credit card was “declined.” I had to substitute mine, which apparently also had difficulties being accepted. Since I had used my card earlier that day, this is an IT problem at your end that needs investigation. I also don’t know whether my $100 “security deposit” was refunded as the same issues recurred at check out. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with my stay at this facility.

Front desk lady was mean, you are next to a highway and a field, bed had yellow stain she said it was bleach and would not help us out in any way don’t come here I have stayed places similar and it’s fine like idk u find some hairs or there’s a stain yk u switch rooms she didn’t even suggest it it’s crazy not even a new sheet my opinion is most hotels these days aren’t great but there are ones with good customer service that will clean/fix whatever problems there are with the room, this is not one of those places it is terrible DO NOT COME

It started with no remote for TV. Asked for one and it did not work. It was 10 pm so really did not need TV but the heater started acting up kept heat but ran off and on all night. In the morning ugh toilet backed up when told front desk they stated they would look at it after we check out and use hallway bathroom. At check out told front desk all the problems and they just said thank you. Very disappointed.

At first I was concerned that it didn't look too great upon pulling up to the building, but was pleasantly surprised at the good customer service and cleanliness of the room. It was worth the price. I would recommend staying here.

There was hair in my sink but the front desk lady was nice enough to move me to another room. Also, very loud in lobby area all night, hard to sleep.

First of all we were there on a very cold February night. There was no heat in the hallway; our room was absolutely freezing when we walked in because the heat not been on at all. It took nearly an hour to warm things up. I suppose non heated hallways was to save money, or perhaps the system was malfunctioning.I would also think the heater in the room was also left off to save money. The breakfast was the worst. The man replacing the items wore no gloves. I saw him handling the bagels (which were slightly defrosted) and muffins using his bare hands. He was also tending the front desk. Who knows what he had been touching!! The sausage was ice cold. I think he took the sausage out of the refrigerator and put them in the warmer which does not instantly heat things. SO, all in all this hotel was not good, and I think their main goal was to run it on the cheap, and care little about their guests. We picked this hotel because it was very close to the Fairgrounds, Do your self a favor, pick another place.

Bathtub was somewhat slippery - a tubmat would be helpful. The hairdryer was too far away from the mirror to see well drying hair - longer cord would be helpful. Eggs at breakfast were cold and toaster didn't always work. When you could get the attention of the front desk people, they were friendly and helpful.
