"I can't say enough wonderful things about Dayle and her beach cottage. She thought of absolutely everything! The check in process was super easy and parking was easily available on the street and in a neighboring lot- both with provided passes! We never had any issues coming home late at night. The cottage itself is delightful-two floors with a queen bed and bathroom downstairs and full kitchen upstairs. When we were there, it was a bit chilly so we used the heat. No problem at all! Comfortable furniture, kitchen with everything we needed, firm bed with many pillows, updated bathroom with big shower. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. My kids loved the hot tub and my wife loved the fireplace in the house. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back."

"If you want to stay in South Pasadena, this property has an excellent location as so much is walkable - the train, the grocery store, lots of restaurants, the library. We appreciated also that there are a lot of spices and some condiments and that food preparation was easy. It is nice to have an office space if one is doing some work. It is a small space."

"This is our second stay at the Zen Treehouse. I actually don't want to write this review, because I want to book this spot for every time I visit L.A.. AJ has thought of literally everything to make the stay easy and relaxing--- including the kitchen being fully stocked. What else can I say... the furniture is plush, the outdoor spots are bathed in sun, with birds chirping, and beautiful views. She was warm and responsive when I called with questions. "We loved our stay in this impeccably decorated cottage suite. The yard is beautiful and the neighborhood is clean and safe. The bed was so comfortable and the furnishings beautiful. The huge walk in shower was an extra bonus after a dip in the spa. I enjoyed lounging on the patio during the day. The kitchen is well stocked and having the washer and dryer was really nice. "The area has no internet or phone reception, making it difficult to check in. I believe the host should have informed us of this in advance.
