« We (3 adults and a Dalmatian) rented the Cozy Cabin for 10 days. It was great. There was enough space for our stuff and for us to relax and sleep comfortably. The bed sleeps 2 and there’s an air mattress for the third person. The cabin itself is nice, and the view is beautiful too. My husband really enjoyed how close it is to water and it gave him and Bailey (dog) some nice walks. This isn’t a place for partying but it’s awesome for relaxing. « Biggest issue is the upstair bedrooms have no air conditioning. There were window fans but you cannot open the windows because there is a terrible smell that comes on from the property behind the rental. So bad you cant even sit outside at night either. Luckily there were plenty couches fo sleep on downstairs. Really is a big issue the host must address. Otherwise house was great ! »

« Les bâtiments recyclés sont un heureux mélange de rusticité et d’éléments technologiques modernes. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et surtout très sympathique. Nous avons envie de retourner à cet endroit pour passer plus de temps à discuter avec lui. « We have stayed at the Hobby Horse several times and with each visit, it feels more like our "second home." The cottage is always clean, comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen. The town of Surry provides a perfect base camp location to enjoy surroundings from Acadia National Park, Ellsworth, Blue Hill and Belfast. Il a fallu courir après des serviettes propres le soir. 45 minutes d'attente après un appel à la réception donc je suis allé à la réception pour aller chercher les serviettes. Plutôt ordinaire pour ce genre d'hôtel à $750 cdn la nuit. Le reste était correct. Excellent emplacement au bord de l'océan."
