« We rented this house to stay in while we attended the Neon Nights concert nearby, 12 minutes away. It is a beautiful, clean, spacious, well supplied house! We almost didn't need to bring a thing for our stay. The owners are friendly and communicated quickly and thoroughly throughout our visit. All who stayed there commented that we would rate it 12 out of 10 if we could! We will stay here again in the future if we are back in this area! »

« Merrybrook Farm...is....COOL as our Grandson said. And we agree. Just a really good place off the beaten path in a "farmhouse" w every imaginable convenience and technology available. While we are not heavy VRBO users, Patrick's place is and was our best VRBO experience to date. HIGHLY recommend this place for family get togethers and enjoy all this farm has to offer!! »

« This home was very adequate for 4 adults and one child in the area for a wedding. Our great granddaughter loved the upstairs bedroom with its sparkly pillows and comfy bed. She also liked the chickens and goats next door along with the cows and sheep out back. AND, the play set. AND the toys available to play with. Jake and Michelle were delightful to talk to in person, always very prompt to reply before and during our stay.This house was very clean and the kitchen provided all you needed...
