It was extremely noisy, all night, even with earplugs in. I was also double charged and still waiting for a refund. Charged through Expedia and the hotel.

They lost half our reservation. They are extremely short staffed and they didn’t even have enough hand soaps for our room to have soap in the bathroom. Dirty towels from previous guest still in our room. It was not what we expected from a Hampton inn.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Toilet was clogged and maintenance quickly showed up to fix it. The maintenance man was very nice. Solar eclipse weekend and the hotel was full. The staff kept breakfast well stocked even later morning close to end of breakfast. Location was convenient for our plans.
