"Great stay and even greater people. Hotels.com “booked” me a pet friendly room and when I got there to check in, there were none available. Luckily they were accommodating and let us have a regular room with our dogs still. Already talking about planning a trip back next year "

While they were doing their best, I believe they would benefit from more support to ensure they have time to rest and can provide a more welcoming and cheerful experience for guests.
