"This was an amazing experience for myself, daughter, son in law and my just turned 16 year old grandson. This was his birthday vacation we do every year if we can. House was extremely clean. Able to bring his dog Price for pet fee was really good Quite, able to walk across the street to the bay. Driving distance to everywhere and everything We are going to rent this house again and will do more then just 5 days!! I highly recommend, if you want a quieter spot away from the super busier...

"Property was as pictured… 30 mins from closes public beach. Across the street had crabs, mosquitoes and biting flies. Door opener was dead luckily they had a physical key on the property thank God. Was upset that the floors weren’t cleaned but I get the beach can be hard to clean up after… property contacted us to clean something the previous tenants left and I felt that was super unprofessional!! We pay too much for cleaning fees to be responsible for others trash."

"Location = Excellent! On the beach! Updated and extremely clean. I always check out whether the corners have been cleaned and shelves dusted. This suite was immaculate! The mini fridge and microwave were new and in working order, the bed was amazingly comfortable and we had plenty of towels, etc., in the bathroom. Bathroom/floors/bed all new/recently updated. I even observed a staff member washing the railings outside = very impressive! TV's great and plenty of channels. One in the bedroom and another in the living room. Parking = we have a big van. Many of the spaces were a bit tight. If you return later in the evening, you will likely have to park a building away, across the street. That lot looks very big, but we didn't have to use it, so I don't know how it was at night. It was difficult to find a space in the evening. Price = we went mid-June. Very reasonable for the time!!!!! Probably 1/3 of what the other places were charging. Odor = our room was on the first floor. The building is built on piers. I don't know if it flooded underneath at one time, but that is what I suspect. Anyway, there was a mildew odor in the suite. No evidence of mildew anywhere, even in the bathroom, but there was that odor. That is the only reason I did not give Mariner's Inn & Suites the highest score."

"Since day (1) the staff was kind and accommodating they assisted us till we went into our rooms. Breakfast was 5 🌟 STARS excellent quality and plenty for seconds. Whoever is reading this i got amazing news, the TRUE GOOD NEWS IS JESUS CHRIST LOVES YOU, TURN TO HIM ONLY 4 SALVATION."

"Listen, you get what you pay for. This was a great deal to get to stay so close to the beach and walking distance from downtown Manteo. It is dated, and it is not the cleanest. Our towels were clean but had stains, the furniture in the room had stains, the mirror hadn’t been cleaned. The sheets were clean and so were the surfaces, the bathroom, and the appliances. The air conditioning worked well, and the front desk staff was nice. For the price I paid, I would stay here again."

"This was our second time staying here. Great location + good crowd staying at the hotel. Room was clean, best value on the outer banks. This says it all, last year we stayed it was WV week because of a guest Joe who has came there for many years don't remember specifically. That says what a tight knit motor lodge it is."
