There was no TV during our entire 3-night stay. Staff said it was not working in any room in the hotel and had not been working for 3 days before we arrived. Despite several attempts, we could not get any information from the staff. They said their manager had spoken to the TV services company and that the TV company did not tell the manager anything. They said they had no information regarding the TV. This does not make sense so cannot be true. The hotel is in a quiet area with no lively places nearby, so it was important to have TV in the evenings.

Hotel was ok, but they took a second payment on check-out even though I pre-paid online. They have not refunded this payment despite me contacting Expedia help. Also I received an additional charge from my bank due to this payment, which I had hoped to avoid by paying ahead. More hassle than its worth staying here.

Nice place. Would stay there again.
Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Street parking was free. Heat was not working on the first night, and the hotel staff was not able to fix it or move us until the second night. Still, can it's a nice place.

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel in a quiet location with equally beautiful equipped rooms and friendly staff. The room was spacious enough for two so we didn't feel like we were stepping on each other. It is located by Parc Orangerie, which is beautiful, and about 3 kilometers from the old town/la petite France, etc. (we walked a couple of times but also took relatively cheap taxis to the area when are feet had had enough). Sarah was outstanding and helped us with everything to include dinner recommendations, calling in taxis, setting up laundry service, etc. The breakfast was decent but the boulangerie across was way too inviting! I would highly recommend staying here!

Really friendly team, luxurious, comfortable hotel. 35 minute walk from main town centre (we loved the walk) but very close to European Parliament and with great access to buses and trams. (only thing we didn’t like was overpowering smell from the lillies in the bar).

Beautiful rooms in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to electric tram. The staff is professional and friendly. Center of town is lovely. We visited during the Christmas season and the Christmas markets were lots of fun.

Amazing service! Very personalized and accommodating. The room was very comfortable with interesting angles and decor. The only minor complaint I had was the illuminated light switch upon entry - I prefer to sleep in total darkness so it was a bit annoying. Overall a very pleasant stay, however!

Eric and his wife have totally renovated this mansion. Rooms large, immaculate, wonderful attention to guests. Trip to center of town only 15 minutes by bus just outside hotel. Uber to town costs less than 9 Euros. Full breakfast available for 19 Euros. Patisserie on next block for inexpensive French coffee and couisant. A gem!
