"I didn't realize that the hotel is pet friendly as the booking only had mentioned service animals only. Had I known this, I would have requested a higher floor. I was on the second floor and the entire first floor is pet friendly. After multiple calls to the front desk due to a dog barking and howling for 4 hours straight past midnight, the manager did give a partial discount on the room, which was fair and appreciated."
