"The hotel is undergoing a renovation at the moment, but the rooms and general areas are clean and quiet, the staff in the bar - restaurant are most accommodating, the food is cooked to order but the wait is well worth it the food produced is excellent.
Defiantly recommend the food."

Charming period house renovated into a modern hotel with beautiful gardens and surrounding property. Amazing cooked breakfast buffet. Enjoyed opening room window to hear birds each morning (hotel surrounded by nature). Staff were very helpful in arranging taxis, directions, late night snacks, and loaning me a phone charger. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Could only access hotel internet on their unsecured network because of proximity of airport. My own provider had no service.
A bit of a challenge finding shuttle bus. But now we know, will be way easier another time.

The room was very clean with a mix of modern and traditional facilities. Nicely renovated bathroom. The staff in the pub were very friendly and the food was excellent. A great choice of local beers and the food was delicious. Love the large beer garden.

Very cute place in the town I was born. Went for a visit after many decades of not seeing the town. Staff very lovely. The room had a low ceiling that my husband had to watch not to hit. Bed was comfortable but what made for a not pleasant sleep was that it had no air conditioning! The fan that was provided was not strong at all. It was so hot, didn’t have a good nights sleep 😟

The experience was magical and the setting was like it was right out a storybook. Tennis was a big part of why we chose this place and brought our own rackets but was happy to learn that they provided tennis rackets and balls to their guests as well.
