My mum and me had a wonderful stay at Pontlands Hotel. The staff are very friendly. The bedroom was nice and beds were comfortable. We had a good view out of our window and we were both very happy with the room. Breakfast was fantastic. The spa was great and made our trip. Also the restaurants in the hotel did fabulous food. There was a lovely atmosphere in the hotel and would highly recommend. The parking is quite full when the spa is open but there is extra parking round the back near a children’s nursery as additional parking. After 6 pm at night the parking is much better. It is is great that you get to can use the spa when you are staying at the hotel. We had a lovely long weekend away.

Evening menu poor. Breakfast fine when eventually received but waited half an hour after giving order for just two eggs and hash browns. Two tables that had arrived after us were served and left the room before us. Beautiful hotel and staff in every respect but food let it down most unfortunately

Spotlessly clean throughout. Very comfy and spacious room. Large bathroom which was very nice. Stayed here for a wedding. The gardens are beautiful and hotel is in a lovely location in the countryside. Therefore a peaceful setting. Breakfast was good. There was a good selection of food choices

I stay in hotels every week for work, and this was the best stay I have ever had. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I could go on, but honestly, just stay here. You will not regret it.

Absolutely lovely hotel, first class service and attention to detail. Staff are extremely helpful and no small request is too much. Food is delicious and the location serene.
