"The property was great for hosting our family. We had four couples and three kids there (11 total). We were able to squeeze around the dining table, hang in the open kitchen / living room space or enjoy the pool. We ate out for one meal and ate all the other meals there. Plenty of cookware, dish ware and utensils. Only downside is lack of quality groceries nearby. You have to drive a little further for that. Otherwise a great place to host a big family get together near Sacramento. "
Charming 3-bedroom townhome in delightful South Sacramento with AC, WiFi
6/10 Okay
"Townhome is located near Kaiser Hospital. The "community" is located within small-road neighborhood but the quick surrounding area does not feel safe as there are MANY people roaming at night(very sketchy). The host texted the code for the "gated" community, but that gate does not lock throughout the day or night. Anyone can come and go as they please, so it was pointless. The community itself is poorly kept. I saw kids and even older adults littering the community. At night there were many get-togethers/parties going on outside. Walls are thin so it was very loud. There were gunshots heard some nights. The home itself: the back sliding door does not lock &is sealed "locked" with a wooden stick. Does it work, sure. But that's not very professional in my opinion. The lower level was cooler than the 2nd floor (our stay was during June). 2nd floor takes a while to cool down. The rooms don't have curtains so all 3 rooms were very hot during the day. The rooms could use more pillows. The master closet could use a light in there. The post is misleading saying the 2 bathrooms offered bathtubs when there is only one full bathroom and a half bathroom. The dishes in the cabinets were not thoroughly cleaned (smeared with grease on some dishes and crud on others). There could be more seasonings offered in the cabinet. The couch was not cleaned (looked in the cracks and under the seating to find candy wrappers and water bottles that didn't belong to us). I really wanted to like the place."

2/10 Terrible
"We booked this property for a work trip but left immediately upon arrival. We encountered significant police presence, individuals on sidewalks with shopping carts, and open-air activity in a vacant lot nearby. Some in our group felt unsafe and refused to stay. The management company offered to relocate us immediately but after this experience our party did not trust their descriptions of properties. They refused a refund and stating that "police activity is common in Sacramento". If safety and neighborhood environment matter when booking, we strongly advise researching this location before book."
