Nous avons avisé la réception que nous avions une réservation pour deux nuits (déjà payée). Comme nous étions trop tôt pour l’enregistrement, nous avons laissé nos bagages à la réception en expliquant que nous allions revenir plus tard à la fin de la journée pour prendre possession de notre chambre. Or, à notre retour à 7:30 PM, notre chambre avait été louée par erreur à d’autres clients. Il n’y avait pas d’autres chambres disponibles pour nous. Nous avons été relocalisés à un autre hôtel de la même chaîne, loin de la gare. Suite à cette erreur de la part des employés de la réception, nous avons demandé un rabais sur le coût de la chambre et nous avons demandé que l'hôtel assure la prise en charge de notre transport de l'hôtel jusqu'à la gare, ce qui nous a été refusé. Nous avons envoyé un courriel au service à la clientèle, mais nous n'avons pas obtenu de réponse. Cette erreur nous a occasionné un certain stress, des désagréments et une augmentation de nos dépenses. Nous avons ressenti une grande indifférence et un grand manque d'empathie de la part des employés face à notre situation."
