It’s a big building closing to the main trains station and bus station. It’s convenient for public transportation to go all attractions in Vienna. But there is no kitchen and not even have a electric kettle in the room. You can have a breakfast in the lobby it cost 18 euros per person and you can have a cup of hot water if you go down to the lobby level.

The front staff did as good of a job as possible. The hotel needs to match staffing requirements to the registration flow. This should be easy to monitor. Breakfast bar was insignificant. Again staff does a great job with what they have to work with.

Great location, walking distance to Main train station and many more shops and mini grocery stores that are located there. The shower pressure was amazing and breakfast was wonderful. We ware able to walk to Belvedere and Old Town. We will come back again

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna! The location is absolutely excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Everything was spotlessly clean, and they even offer free coffee and tea every morning. If you are looking for a safe, accessible, and well-located place to stay, this is the perfect choice.

The location is great 2min away from the train station and the Tran D. However we stayed 3 nights no room service was done. No phone in the room to ask an extra pillow. No tissue box so bring your own. No safe, No safe!!! No iron you have to requested. The breakfast was good love the pancake automatic machine very cool. And love that they have many coffee station no need to wait in line.

Automated check-in was painfully slow. Room is as expected. The decor wasn’t for me, but it was clean and functional. The stay was made by the reception staff who were very helpful, firstly to get us in early and then when my daughter was unwell and we had to delay checkout.
