"We had a group of teenage baseball players on our floor the first 2 nights and they were rude and noisy. We have never experienced that when we stayed here before"

"Coffee pot in room outdated. Closest option to purchase coffee is the small overpriced cafe in the hotel lobby. No ice bucket. No complimentary bar of soap or conditioner in the bathrooms. Entrance doors not very accommodating - these consist of a revolving door and another main entrance door that’s very narrow and make it very difficult to move luggage carts through. Parking situation horrible-lot at the hotel was full and we had to pay $36 at a parking garage (very difficult to find) 2 blocks away for the night. This was not indicated when we booked the reservation. The room however was clean. "
