"Very nice historic hotel in a nice neighborhood near downtown. Room and bathroom on the small side but otherwise nice spot. Free parking too! "

"We checked in and due to understaffing we had to wait extra long for our room, which is no big deal. But when they sent us up the cleaning staff was still working and started rushing. We finally get inside and we were missing toilet paper, a trash bag in the can, and the toiletries the last guest had USED was still in the shower. We decided that it was no big deal, we just wanted to shower after a long day at the beach. When we tried to run the water nothing came out, so we spoke to the front desk and we were told that plumbing was being worked on and would be out for up to/ over an hour. Meaning no going to the restroom , no shower, or not even to wash our hands.This had not been mentioned to us before we went up to our room. When we finally got the opportunity to shower there was a sign inside the shower that said let water run 1 to 2 minutes for hot water, at best we got lukewarm water for approximately 3 minutes before it went back to cold, no matter how long we ran it. We tried to open a window to let in some air and the window literally fell off the hinges. The staff was very sweet but the hotel itself was very mismanaged and uncleanly, which I understand is due to staffing issues but this is an issue they need to sort out within their own company if it is going to directly affect the guests."

"Staff was pleasant. No sink stopper. Dark and dreary place. Not enough light to see if it was clean or not. Sheets were man-made product-hot and thin. Damaged hard surface flooring. Disappointed. Not planning to stay there again. "

"Had to find a parking garage as hotel was full. Room was horrible; had mold, towel holder in bathroom was attached by tape and fell off, AC unit was held together with tape and was broken, they put a new window unit in, room smelled like moldy. The elevator was broken so we had to carry our bags up stairs and at 66yo that was not fun. I kept socks on because the hardwood floors were not real clean. The only good part of stay was the front desk staff. They were very friendly and did best to help. I was there for music festival with my daughter and the hotel was best price we could find that was a 10 to 15 minute walk to everything in downtown St. Pete area. They charged me $50 security deposit that I was supposed to get refunded but they have yet to do so"

"Garbage cans overflowing upon arrival. Coffee place very mismanaged and dirty. Rooms are old and it is very noticeable. Bathroom had hair in the bathtub. Will never come back here!"

"The place was disgusting I would not let a crackhead sleep there. I woke up with roaches in my bed. There's roaches everywhere. I will never stay there again"
