"Room sink would not drain "

"Worst hotel stay of my life. A man outside our screamed and cursed and argues with a woman until I fell asleep from exhaustion. Then at 3 am I woke to a dog barking and more voices. I think they were forced to leave but I lost half a nights sleep and felt very unsafe. It’s the staffs job to keep noise down."

"Reserved a partial gulf view room - had one balcony overlooking the gulf and a second that had a beautiful bay view Lovely welcome with a glass of champagne and introduction to the property and all of its amenities. Great location! Signs all over the property requesting coverups required in the hotel. Guests paraded through the hotel barefoot with no coverups daily. Also hotel stated it was a non-smoking facility with $500 fines for not following this request Smoking occured daily as it came into our room and there was also vaping at the pool regularly."

"Great resort. So much to do for the whole family. Staff was very friendly and attentive, surprisingly so. Room was great. Pools were fun, beach was beautiful. Many restaurants to eat so we never had to leave the property. Constant DJs and live music. Free beach chairs and umbrellas. Highly recommend."

"Room was clean however smelled like weed. Staff was super friendly and helpful. No lounge chairs by the pool and management would not replace. Lounge chairs are a necessity to enjoy a pool. That was disappointing. Continental breakfast was good. Location was convenient for us"

"I stayed here on a Sat/Sun night. Parking was a little treacherous as the front part of the building is under construction and there are building materials stored in parking spaces with temporary fencing around them. My room was at the front half of the hotel seemingly next door to their construction project and was awoken at 7:30 both mornings with the noise of saws and trucks backing up. The rooms cleanliness left much to be desired as the shower still had 10-15 long hairs on the walls and scum on the shower curtain leading me to believe the rest of the room was also not kept up with. House keeping didn't make a visit while I was there so I had to go ask for fresh towels on my second night. There was no garbage can in the bathroom. The front desk staff were OK."

"Amenities were awesome. Very nice resort. Rooms were a little outdated but perfect for a family vacation. My only complaint was they tried to charge me 25$ a night x5 nights for a bassinet for my newborn. I went and bought one for 60$. Resort fees and parking really add up- over 400$ for a 5 night stay. Overall I would recommend it, especially if you’re getting a good rate. Restaurants are good but severely overpriced- can walk across the street and each much better and for way less money, "
