« I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. I waited for 7 business days and then Expedia gave me the go ahead to dispute the charge. I will never book with them again and their customer service is terrible. »

« I liked that the air conditioner worked. Otherwise, the place was a dump in need of repair. The outside doors to get in the hallway were broken. So, anyone could get in. There was a full kitchen with absolutely nothing to go with it. Not even a small coffee maker. Towels in the bathroom were hand towels or floor towels, not bath size. Oh, and the remote was broken held together with a hair tie around 1 AA battery and one AAA. After purchasing batteries and installing them it still didn’t work....

« Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. »

« The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions in Forest Park, and several bus lines for those who are inclined to explore the city via public transit. The apartment provided a good amount of space for two people. We really appreciated the free passes that were offered. We did, however, experience a number of issues during our stay. « This VRBO was perfectly located and very clean. We were not bothered by any noose from the gym downstairs. The only negative I can think of is the combined rooms upstairs. There is a large open doorway between the two rooms that at least a curtain or shutters of some sort wouldhave helped to add a little more privacy. Otherwise, both rooms had their own adjacent bathroom so you really didn’t need to pass through the other room aside from entering. We would stay there again. »
