We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. The location was perfect and quiet for my virtual training I participated in for two days, 7:15-4:30 each day. I need a simple not over decorated space when focusing and working on something remotely. The stay aesthetics was perfectly suitable for this feel for me. The second bedroom was light filled with a ceiling fan made my long hours at a desk so more enjoyable because I was comfortable. I walked on my breaks to local shops and eateries, again perfect location. I cannot say enough positive about this rental. Managers checked in on me personally, not a auto generated text with a "Y" if everything was good or a rating scale. This made me feel safe as I was traveling alone.
