I had 3 people in my group and there so called upgrade for me was a bed and a couch and said they would bring us some wine for staying in that upgraded room but never brought it! "We were there for 11 days in early May, the weather was about 10 degrees cooler than Fresno for our entire stay (about an hour away). It's close (1-2 hours if you take the north vs south route) to the Sequoia parks/forest, and there's a big cat sanctuary a few miles up the road. "The home was exactly as advertised and met all of our needs. The location near Sequoia made it easy for our family of 6 to explore the park without having to venture too far at the end of the day. The home was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family. There was a maintenance issue with one of the showers and the responsiveness was incredibly quick. "We loved the river, running through the back of the property. Grandson loved playing down there. The house was very nice. The furniture in the living room was somewhat sparse, but I understand. The queen bed unfortunately, was so uncomfortable. My daughter couldn't sleep in it. Thank goodness for the sofa and the trundle bed. I loved everything about the house except the cleaning fee which was outrageous. For $180 a day cleaning fee they should have cleaned all the bugs out of the lighting...

"My husband and I stayed here for a quite get away. The roads are very curvy and it is very secluded, but it is close to the Sequoia National Park which we visited also. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will reserve again if we are in that area!!! Five stars all the way!!"

"This house was perfect for our family (6 adults) getaway. Conveniently located close to Three Rivers dining options and close to the Sequoia National Park entrance. The Kaweah River was rolling and it was very relaxing sitting in the gazebo watching and listening it go by. Srey was very responsive to any questions we had and provided us with a lot of helpful tips for enjoying the area. Would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely home, spacious. Big kitchen, family room (which we did not use) and a relaxing deck. About 45-60 minutes to entrance of parks. Home is very remote. Bring your own groceries and do not expect any grocery stores or restaurants nearby. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Thank you"

"As a retired architect with dust allergies, I choose vacation homes based upon design and materials. This property did not disappoint with the bonus of a beautifully scenic location. The living room and upstairs bedrooms furniture have been rearranged from the locations illustrated in the photos. I like the photos better. A few minor cleaning and maintenance issues but not more than we usually find at other short term rentals. Overall, I would highly recommend."
