"This was out first time to Nashville to celebrate my birthday. This home was gorgeous and provided all we needed. There were four couples and it worked amazing for us all. Location was great, 5 min drive to downtown and the neighborhood felt safe and clean. We plan to return and would def book this home again. The Host was also very quick to respond. "This building was so clean and well kept. Rooms were very spacious and bathrooms were a dream. Easily walk to Broadway and the stadiums. We really enjoyed the Pool area and bbq. The check in and out process was so easy with no glitches and management staff responded quickly with any requests we had. Balcony was fabulous to sit out on even though at first it had us a little concerned because of the homeless people lounging in the parking lot across the street, but honestly they were well behaved,...

"I was so glad to find an elevator! Our group is up there in age so the elevator was wonderful. We liked the three stories as long as we didn't have to climb steps every time. It provides nice separation when you want it with plenty of space on the main floor and the rooftop patio for everybody to congregate. The beds were wonderful and there just isn't anything that isn't provided for a great stay."

"Went down for 3 days for a fun weekend. The apartment was perfectly located in easy walking distance to downtown. It was quite comfortable with adequately sized rooms and nice bathrooms. There was a nice common living area and a small balcony over looking the the river. The main drawback was that the kitchen was not very well appointed compared to other apartments we have rented. The only coffee maker was a Keurig. However, we were only there for a few days and there was a decent coffee shot a 5...

"Overall, we enjoyed the space. We were able to walk to Broadway within a mile or so. The accommodations were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Fun decor! Comfortable and safe building. I rated 4/5 for a few reasons: 1. Technical issues? There was a weird issue with the light in the second bedroom. We had the ceiling fan on and the light off, but the light randomly turned on several times during the night. This was quite jarring for the first couple times and then just extremely...
