For those who love to cook 👨‍🍳, your wish is this kitchen's command because anything you can dream up, you'll find in this well-stocked chef's paradise. 👩‍🍳  
  
🚿 BATHROOMS  
Most of the bathrooms have single or double vanities and glassed-in showers. 🚪 One of the bathrooms has a soaking tub 🛁 should you be so inclined to draw a bubble bath during your stay. We stock the bathrooms with plenty of bath 🛀 and hand towels, washcloths 🧼, cosmetic towels and floor mats 🧴 to give you something nice and fluffy to step on when getting out of the shower. You'll also find hair dryers 💨 in each bathroom along with plenty of spa-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.  
  
🛏️ BEDROOMS 🛏️  
Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV which gives you access to thousands of streaming channels such as YouTube TV, Hulu and Amazon Prime. Use your own login or if you don't have one, we can give you access to ours.  
  
You're gonna love the memory foam mattress 🛏️ and bedding you can really dream in! 🌙 So many of our guests ask us where we get our mattresses and sheets 🛒 - we've even thought about offering it for sale! 💭 Get ready to experience the most comfortable beds in the south! 🌞

The rooftops are the reason this home is in such high demand. The star of the show is definitely the private hot tub on the rooftop with panoramic skyline views of Nashville. There's also a gas fire pit and grill as well as plenty of seating for everyone to relax and have a good time.  
  
📌 LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!  
You can't beat the location. There are so many dining and shopping options within walking distance! Lower Broadway is a 5 minute Uber ride or 20-minute walk. STK is a two-minute car ride or a 7-minute walk.  
  
📝 GUEST REGISTRATION  
After you book your reservation, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you’ll find reservation and property details, access codes, and more. During registration, you’ll be asked to sign a rental agreement and upload your driver’s license and a selfie (don’t worry – it’s super simple!).  
  
📜 HOUSE RULES  
These are all no-brainers but we don’t want any confusion, so we’re gonna state the obvious:  
– no smoking (for real)  
– no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)  
– no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)  
  
💸 OPTIONAL FEES  
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:  
• $249 / pet, pet fee (only valid on properties that allow pets). Pets cannot be left unattended. This applies to ADA and service animals as well.  
  
⚠️ MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS  
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details prior to booking.  
  
🚫 We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50-mile radius.

Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Get your caffeine fix each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We’ve even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.  
  
📦 SUPPLY STARTER KIT  
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That’s why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay. The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

#### Perfect locations and beautiful place

This property was absolutely amazing. It is located in a great area, the building is well maintained, from first entering the place you were wowed. Not only that, communication with the property personnel was amazing. They made for a great celebration with family.

#### Great rental for a large group

We loved the location! This rental is great for large groups, tons of space and bathrooms. We loved the hot tub on the roof. Check in was easy and communication with the property mangers was awesome.

#### Totally Awesome! Will Be Back!

The house is awesome, especially the kitchen and living room area. We had a party for my daughter's 21st birthday and enjoyed so much time together for three days. Communication is quick and clear and friendly. Home was very clean and all-around excellent! Bars are close enough to get to and neighborhood is very nice.

#### Great views and nice home

The house is large and has plenty of space to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy time on their own. Lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. We encountered WiFi issues but the host was responsive.

#### Great Nashville Getaway

This property was perfect for our group! Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Everything was well maintained and very clean. And the location to Broadway was a quick Uber drive.

#### Brother/Sister trip!

We have an excellent stay at "Rooftop Hottub". Location was within walking distance of everything. Listing was very accurate and condo was perfect for our stay with plenty of room and a great outdoor area on the rooftop! Can't wait to return!

#### Weekend Getaway to Nashville

We really enjoyed the Stay Minty property! The kitchen was fantastic and allowed us to hire a private chef to come in and cook a 5 course meal for my wife’s 40th Birthday. The rooms were all perfect, the beds comfortable and the hot tub was perfect. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks and Stay Minty!

#### Girls Getaway

8 of us get together once a year for the last 20 years! Enjoyed this property, layout and perfect location. Host was very quick to respond to our request for additional hairdryers. Internet and streaming was not working 1st 24 hrs, but they were also quick to respond to our issue and it was working the next day. Wonderful stay and would visit this property again.

#### 21st Birthday celebration

Amazing trip to Nashville at this wonderful property. Beautiful home fully equipped with everything you could need. Impeccably clean and the staff is very helpful and responsive to any questions. Location was perfect- just a quick Uber ride to downtown. Loved the rooftop views in the evening and more than enough room for our family of 6\. Will definitely stay again!

#### Vanderbilt Graduation

Stayed here with family for Vanderbilt graduation weekend. It was a convenient location, provided adequate space, enough parking space to park a vehicle in the garage and two others on street, and had good amenities to accommodate the needs of 5 adults and 2 infants. The rooftop and hot tub were nice extras for the occasion too.

We held our fantasy football draft here and had a blast. Hosts are very responsive and the place is ran by professionals. I would suggest this location to any large group of people visiting Nashville. Probably not the best for families but great for what it’s advertised for!

#### Auburn bowl game resemption

We came here with our four kids and two of their significant others for the Auburn bowl game. The game was a massive letdown but the place was awesome! It is a great location with tons of space. The kitchen was fully stocked and huge. Street parking was super easy and the hot tub was great! We will definitely stay here again.

We satayed at Hot Tub heaven C and loved the huge kitchen area! The parking, spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms were private and clean. The roof top hot tub was a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee. The Minty crew was always available to answer questions by text. Will bool again

#### Beautiful home in excellent location

Hot tub heaven was fabulous - lots of room for my family - everyone had their own cute, clean, well-appointed room and bathroom which was amazing. We walked to the Gulch in 5 mins to Broadway in about 20 mins. The host was helpful and responsive about any questions and making sure we were set. Check in and out was easy. Loved the decor, cleanliness and amenities of this home- definitely one of the best places we've ever booked !
