The back yard is wooded so there are no neighbors to the rear. The newly added hot tub is wonderful for enjoying a soak with your significant other while enjoying the private back yard. We have a TV with youtube and other streaming services upstairs and down, and wireless internet throughout the home. We also provide a welcome basket that has different items for each trip and a starter amount of coffee, tea and fixings. No need to worry about towels, soaps, etc... as these items will always be available to our guests. Our East Nashville Ranch is a less than 10 minute uber/lyft trip or drive to both downtown Nashville as well as the Opryland areas. Its prime location near downtown Nashville and its surrounding areas facilitated seamless access to various attractions. The house was ideally suited to accommodate my friends and me. Communication with the hosts was consistently smooth and responsive. Cannot recommend it enough as an option when visiting Nashville area!! ##### Jeff H. What little time we allowed for it, it was supremly relaxing. Rained all weekend, so did not get to enjoy the backyard much, but the firefly-watching was an unexpectedly special treat, and watching the river not-flood was reassuring. Not surprised, tried to book another weekend, next year, and it's already reserved, because it provides such a superb value. ##### Veronica B.
