Funky Town was the.best.place we could have possibly found. It is just as cute and CLEAN and adorable as the photos show. The communication with the host was outstanding, they answered every inquiry within minutes. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to do including an amazing concert at the Ryman. It was close enough to everything but also felt like we were removed from the chaos. We loved the location, which was walkable to Broadway and convenient to other locations in downtown Nashville as well. The check-in and check-out processes were easy to navigate. Although we were staying multiple days, please note that the rental did not come stocked with enough coffee for multiple days— there were a couple of coffee pods and one pack of coffee grounds, and no creamer or sugar. There is a coffee shop about a block away that opens at 7am, so we recommend that you bring your own coffee if you stay here, or plan to go out for coffee in the morning. ##### Lesley G. ### 8/10 Good #### Lew W. The MBR toilet seat was loose and the king sized bed had come apart at the frame. Also both faucets in the MBR sink were clogged (restricted). We also lost wi-fi for a day and a half (which we were able to fix ourselves). The decorative carpets (on vinyl flooring) are heavily soiled). Management responded quickly to any questions we had. Only about a 10 minute walk.
