« I showed up with my son afrter 10 hrs of driving and the middle eastern man at the front desk put us in a room that had bugs and dirt all over the sheets. There were holes in the walls also. When I told him about it he did put us in a cleaner room. The pool is empty as well. The property also double charged for the room and now trying to charge me a 3rd time. Very shady place and I don’t ever say this but I’d never stay here again »

« Home was exceptionally clean and comfortable! Cindy was an excellent host. Very close to downtown Sparta. Must eat at the pizza place in the square. »

« Had a great 25th anniversary get away! This location is close to several waterfalls. We brought our kayaks, kayaked to the bottom of Burgess falls. Then drove to the park, to hike and enjoy the scenery of top of the falls. The room had plenty of towels and wash rags. Love that the room had starter paper towels, trash bags, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the AC was cold!! Check in was a breeze! The host was available via phone call for any questions. »

« This is a beautiful spot to getaway and relax!Clean welcoming and beautiful!!There were storms and snow while we were there and Joy allowed us to park our vehicle in the barn.We will definitely stay again. »
