The staff was 5 star and very helpful when canceling the reservation with Expedia due to the circumstances. Unfortunately, the room I booked still had dirty sheets and my family and I did not feel safe staying there.

Staff was excellent. Went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. Would definitely stay again. Easy access off of interstate 40. Plenty of eating options in the area. Can’t beat it for the price.

The toilet was broken. We had to take the lid off of the tank every time we needed to flush. There was hair all in the bedding. Felt dated and dirty. The bed was comfortable.

Very clean and friendly staff

This hotel was very clean with food places in walking distances. Also plenty of parking for parking a 40 foot trailer. Will stay there anytime we are in Cookeville for business.

The motel is old, kindof run down, but the location is good and quiet. The bed was comfy and our rooms were clean. Staff was attentive. I would stay again but ask for a non smoking room.

The property manager was nice and helpful. It is very simple, but spacious. The price is very inexpensive. The experience is like staying in a cabin at summer camp. Most importantly, no bugs and I felt safe staying there. Convenient to the main road and college campus. Lots of dining options.

Great people, it was very clean for the price. A steal of a deal. We stopped on the way to the Smoky Mountains, and liked it so much we stopped again on the way home. Had a nice kitchen area too if you needed to stay for a long time.

Great staff they were awesome but this place is a low budget hotel dressed up to be nice,had to pay a hundred dollars and I wish I would of paid like ten more to go to a nice hotel, we got to stop letting these hotels overcharge if they are not nice hotels, great staff but not worth what they charge

I enjoyed my stay here, you cannot beat the price for the quality! The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean! The only thing I didn't like was my shower's soap holder was broken off, which I could see potentially being harmful in case of a fall while showering. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine And that should just be a problem in one room! I would definitely stay again!

Will visit again next time I’m in the area.

Extremely nice esp. for the price. Roomy, and a real sink for the kitchenette with a removable spray. And a real “fuller” size refrigerator. Very quiet. Very clean. Staff including housekeeping were friendly and great. Don’t be dissuaded bc some of the doors need a new paint job. (Always sand the surface before you paint as it gives a proper base for the paint to adhere to.)

Just driving up to our room all the tenants were outside staring at us go by. I know you can't control the tenants there, but as girls traveling alone we didnt feel safe going to our car alone. Very loud noises in the morning that didn't let us sleep past 6am and our towels had stains on them. The front desk staff was nice though.

If you are looking for inexpensive, this is your place. Remember, it is EXTENDED Stay, so there are people who actually live in the accommodations. There are cars in disrepair and people hanging out on the balcony and in the parking lots. It was clean and well-stocked. We only needed accommodations for one night and we were on a tight budget. Has a fridge, microwave and sink. Beds were comfortable. Those blankets/bed covers are sketchy, though. Not sure those are washed after each visit so we did not allow them to remain on our beds.

So the price was great, And it's very spacious in size. You get a full fridge and a nice sink. The beds are comfy surpisingly. I got the room late, like 11p or 12am and went to bed. There was no parking.in he front of my room, so I had to park in the middle of the parking lot where it wasnt close to my room, which worried me. My AC did not work that great and the toilet was running all night long, my door Also didn't close unless you locked and then unlocked it, closed the door and then locked it.Also, the checkout time is 11am. It was 10:30 and me and my gf were, doing "our thing" and the cleaning man didn't knock, call, say anything,. Just walked right in on us and it embarrassed us. It was an experience for sure.
