"The room hadn’t been cleaned in months.Cockroaches everywhere living and dead.It was a homeless hotel for the city and had homeless living there. Linen was burned and holes everywhere in the bedding. It was the worst hotel I have ever seen."

"This was the first time that my son and I stayed at Candlewood Suites. We really liked the room that we stayed in and we felt like we were "home." Everything was great. I have no complaints. The road construction on the road in front of the property was something that Candlewood could not help. If we come back to the area, we will definitely consider this place. THANKS!"

"The location is absolutely perfect! The view from the deck and two of the bedrooms is nothing short of spectacular. The house is so warm and welcoming. Every bed, even the twin beds were very comfortable and that is from my 55 year old brother who thought he had been demoted (he was the last one to arrive) but insisted on staying in the single bed when my nephew left and a king bed opened.The water pressure is fantastic throughout the house. As all of the women in the house were over 50, the zoned air conditioning was a blessing in addition to ceiling fans in every room as well as on the deck which made the warm evenings so pleasant.My niece and sister enjoyed the hot tub a number of times and beach towels are provided.We enjoyed the fire pit and corn hole as well.The closest major grocery store was 20 minutes away but Walmart delivers for free and will do with in 3 hours for a 5 fee…totally worth it!We did have a toilet back up one day but Stacey the host contacted Tim the property manager who was there with in minutes and took care of it.We had nine people and everyone had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again."
"Convenient location, pool was great for some Vitamin D therapy, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I usually do not sleep well away from home but slept like a baby for a full 7 hours!"
"Room was super clean! Housekeeping was very polite and respectful and did a thorough job. All staff and management were helpful and made my stay a pleasure. Also, new mattresses were replaced with brand new pillow tops while I was there ... Which also meant I got a peek under the beds .... Not a speck of dust under there! Very impressed! I will definitely be a returning customer! "
