"Staff was friendly and quick with check in and check out, breakfast was a little lacking (limited choices) but the coffee was good, room was clean though the bathroom could have been more thoroughly clean. Overall, a fine place to stay for an inexpensive stopover which is what I was doing. The room had a cushioned windowsill which was actually incredibly cool as I could watch the traffic go by while sipping coffee before starting my next leg. The area around the hotel did seem to be a bit trashed and it looked like there may have been a pool party earlier in the day as the trash cans outside were overflowing. "

"This place was so fun for us, our 3 kids and dogs. Endless fishing time, frog catching and kayak/paddle boarding. Not only did they have everything but it was all very comfortable and nice. The inside and outside furniture was great. The house was very clean and easy to be comfortable in. They also have the perfect amount of toilet paper, paper towel, cleaning supplies and all the little extras you usually have to bring/buy. They also supply beach towels that are very nice. The host was great and responds quickly. I would recommend driving a little extra to the Walmart/kroger about 25-30 min away versus piggly wiggly. "

"This is a great motel. We have stayed here several times and will continue to make it our place of choice in Manchester, TN. The front desk is always very helpful and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the area is nice and quiet. It is very close to the highway but you never hear any noise. Breakfast was excellent (great coffee). "
