Location to the University and Mountain Goat market was very convenient.Property furnishings were perfect for a rental...leather sofas, acrylic dining table chairs and bar stools.....easy to clean. Location of "tiny" home is recessed and nestled in a wooded lot...so if you are from the city and not accustomed to the outdoors...something to think about. Firepit outdoor sitting area was very nice and clean from debris and leaves. Family/Living Room was perfect for our family of 3 to watch movies and hang out. Easily could accommodate at least 5 people. Our only gripe was the level of cleaniness...the rugs could use a deep clean, and floors swept prior. We are kind of OCD with that stuff...so it might not be a big deal for some. Subdivision is gated and property had an alarm system...which was a plus! Property Mgt company very responsive and accommodating to early/late check-in and out request. The con....front door did not have any window treatments which created a full view into the home after dark. We just turned off the lights and that prevented people from seeing inside....now remember this unit is rescessed...so someone would have to intentionally be on the property to see inside.
