The property was in a nice location to get to Savage Gulf State Park, Monteagle, & Tracey City. Love the firepit and the close proximity to the stream down the hill. My only complaint is that the house had a lot of white dog hair from a previous visitor. All over the couch & floor, which ended up all over our clothes and feet. The Deer Lick falls community was very quiet and just a short drive down the mtn to the Caverns. I would suggest some outdoor cushion covers to protect the deck furniture.
