« Great property. Central location downtown and host was very responsive to any questions. »

« The first room we got was flee infested. We went to the desk the receptionist was absolutely wonderful and upgraded our room at no cost. »

« This is a clean, attractive, spacious, well-equipped apartment in a safe neighborhood. It is in an excellent location for quick access to the Tennessee River and many Chattanooga attractions. The listing advertised three bedrooms, but actually there were two bedrooms and one sleeper sofa in the living room. So while it does sleep six people, somebody will have to sleep in the living room. (The mattress on the pull out sofa bed is quite large, a queen size or larger, and also very comfortable -...

« This property was clean, comfortable, and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The only issue we had was that the room was a bit smaller than we anticipated. Very nice, very clean, well decorated, just slightly smaller than expected. »

« We originally booked a unit on the 4th floor but was informed there was some construction and we were moved to the third floor. That ended up being a blessing with the elevators not being functional. I was concerned about the lack of parking considering I was traveling with 2 kids and 2 dogs, and needing to unload/load everything (plus then haul up 3 flights). « We checked in late at night to the room being 85 degrees and the AC not working. When I requested assistance they had me go through the troubleshooting process on the HVAC at 12am. After that failed they moved me to another room where THAT HVAC was incredibly loud. Because I didn't want to deal with any more moves I stayed the night. The bed was incredibly hard and the pillows were terrible. I slept for about 3 hours with the loud AC and noisy tenants. I contacted the host in the morning...

« Clean, cozy and nicely decorated. Conveniently close to downtown. Everything went smoothly and I really enjoyed my stay! »

« Smooth experience. »

« My husband and I stayed in this beautiful place in June 2026. It was very clean and all the appliances, furniture and accessories were high end. We felt very spoiled staying here for a week. Our host Cathy, was very helpful with anything we needed. It is in a great safe location with many fantastic places to eat in both walking and short driving distance. We felt like we had all Chattanooga at our finger tips. You will not be sorry if you book this beautiful little treasure. »

« Walking distance to all we did in the city. Great location and great hosts. »

« Very clean and cozy condo! Easy check in and check out. Convenient street parking right in front. Felt safe in the area. The building is beautiful and ornate. The room itself was very comfortable and quiet. Updated appliances and fixtures, and nice touches of hospitality that made us feel very welcomed. There’s no view, which didn’t bother us at all, I just know someone like my mom who loves a room with a view might take that into consideration. Still lovely natural light though, it was an...
