With easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, nightlife, Coolidge park, and downtown Chattanooga, you'll be perfectly situated to explore all the city has to offer. As you step inside, you'll find a cozy living room with plenty of seating, a large flatscreen smart TV, and a queen size pullout sofa bed with included bedding materials for additional sleeping space. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and French doors lead out to a secluded back patio with an outdoor dining set for al fresco meals. Just off of the main living space you'll find two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a comfortable king bed, a smart TV, and a walk-in closet for all your storage needs. The guest bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with lots of natural light and stunning views from the front of the property. Other amenities include fiberoptic internet service to keep you connected, an outdoor propane grill, and street parking with an average of 2 spaces typically available in front of the property (parking is not guaranteed, but almost always available directly in front of the house). Relax on the front porch with seating overlooking Northshore Chattanooga, or head out and explore all that the area has to offer. Location, location, location!! easy walk to Publix, Coolidge Park, shops and restaurants! Also, a great central location for outdoor hiking...around 20 minutes to Lookout Mountain, Signal Mountain, Big Soddy Creek Gulf, etc! We enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhood with its shops, bars and restaurants and the ease of walking to the aquarium and that area. Easy access to Rock City, Ruby Falls and other tourist destinations allowed us to explore and hike, then return to our home away from home for a night of watching chic flicks. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped, Inwould definitely stay here again. ##### Catherine G.
