"The house was precious! I loved the theme of the different bedrooms and the thoughtful decor of each. It was so spacious and comfortable. The house had every amenity we needed, and then some! Tanna was in communication with us throughout and even warned us of severe weather coming in during our stay. If we were to ever find ourselves in Soddy Daisy area again, we would definitely book Higher Ground!"

"There were 8 of us. The house is very spacious and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths we were able to spread out and have our own space. Mariella, the owner, was extremely helpful every time we had questions. She even took the time to put fresh cut flowers on the table and entryway! Such a thoughtful touch! The lake was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and listening to the waterfall. We walked around the lake...

The views were breathtaking. We saw deer every morning and some Eagles daily. We are casual fishers and were able to catch fish every day. I would definitely book this again."
