"Property secure and clean. Very easy walk to Broadway, 5-10 mins depending on your pace. ;) Parking in garage is extra three Hamilton but easy to set up and manage through the app. We parked and walked during our stay just due to close proximity to all the attractions, bars and dining. "

"The property was clean and fancy. Check in info was shared the day before after an extended check in process. We rented a two bedroom apartment for two couples and had plenty of room. If you are staying on the highway side, bring ear plugs. It would have been nice to be able to turn on the overhead lights in both bedrooms."

"I enjoyed the room and would stay here again. I only had one issue and that was the lack of cable TV. I like to watch news shows and some network television. The room only allowed streaming."

"Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying."

"The apartment looked great. It was a nice change from a hotel room. There was even a washer/dryer. So convenient! Downfall was a bed with a cement mattress, a sofa that was so uncomfortable to sit in, and a casual chair to go with the uncomfortable sofa. Not one chair to sit in and relax. Other than that FANTASTIC. Great location. Just far enough from the attractions in Nashville, and still close enough to get where we wanted to go within 10 minutes. "

Walkable to Nissan (about 30 minutes), Ubers seemed easier to get from downtown than the west end where we stayed last visit, and generally about 8-15$ depending on the time of day. The place was very clean and big. There is parking on the street and the property had parking as well. There is an elevator which is handy. The air worked great in the condo, you just have to leave the bedroom doors open for it to circulate in there. The property management was so responsive on...

"We had to wait for someone to show up to check in. We finally checked in. Rooms very basic. Needing a lot of attention especially the bathroom. We stayed 4 nights and requested the room to be made up everyday. It never got done. We had to request clean towels on the second night. The shower was good then the water went really hot. Overall disappointed "
