We had no trouble getting into the building or parking in the garage despite there being no actual lobby or staff. After our first night, we found out that the bedroom vent does not work, so we woke up in a hot and humid sauna. Our bedroom window happened to face the bars and food truck across the street, which blasted music until 3/4 in the morning; even with the sound machine on full volume, we could not sleep. Paired with our lack of sleep from the noise pollution, in the light of the next morning we realized that the rug was filthy, walls scuffed up, baseboards dirty, so our comfort level immediately went way down. To their credit, however, I did submit an internal review partway through our stay stating some of these complaints, and someone from their IT support reached out to address them. Since our stay was fairly short, I asked that they sort out the issues after we left. On a positive note, the unit was very spacious and had some beautiful aesthetic touches throughout. There were no back up rolls and we went through the half roll present when we checked in. We had trouble with the numeric door lock which was a 4 digit code. Nowhere did it say the code needed to be followed by the pound sign (#). The room was as advertised with a very nice kitchen and appliances. The bathroom as also nicely upgraded. The shower floor was exceptionally slick and so was the bathroom floor when wet. There were no bathmats so we used some towels to avoid falls. This cut down on the towels we could use for personal drying. There was a small on sight parking area which required an extra fee to use it or you had to park on the street or whatever might be available in the alley. The bed was comfortable with memory foam pillows and topper. The thermostat for the unit was responsive. What I did not like was the check-in process and communication. I reserved 2 rooms, one for me and my husband and the other one for our business associate. Each room reservation had correct name and contact info. However when the property reached out with the check in information, they were emailing me his room codes, etc and not sending the ones I needed for our room. I had to call to get that situated. Then, when they corrected it and sent me the info the codes didn’t work. It’s very frustrating to drive over 10 hours and not be able to get in. When we called that it wasn’t working no one answered and we had to leave a message. By the time they called back 15 minutes later we had managed to get in, but it’s beyond frustrating when you’re exhausted and can’t access the apartment. Once in it was comfortable, however lacking some basics. In 2025 I do not think conditioner is a luxury. I consider it a basic toiletry that should be there. Trying to quickly get ready for a work event and not have basic shower products is disappointing at this price point. Parking is limited and the checkout process is also on your own. Fortunately, I was able to park on the street, but I wasn’t super comfortable with that. Overall, very pleased. I wish we had been able to book a longer stay. No hooks or towel bars for towels..at all. Nothing !!! No proper door closure/locks Shower was horrible. No door on Shower so water gets all over the floor. Then you have to use your towel to place on the floor. No rugs to step out on bathroom floor after shower. Drain was clogged from prior guests. Disgusting. One roll of toilet paper No bar of soap Parking. You have to pay $30 a night to park. They only provide 4 spots and overflow lot was taken up by bar patrons next door. Airflow stunk. Temp down to 68 and the bedrooms remained hot. No ceiling fans but bathrooms were freezing. Needless to say, not a do- over.
