"I will forever stay here when I come to Florida between Disney and airport. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and great for the value. There are two pools, both very clean and nice with life guards on duty. Front desk staff was amazing, housekeeping excellent and don’t even get me started with the staff in the buffet area. Some of the nicest women work there and I can’t even express how exceptional their customer service was. 11/10 stay and I will recommend to everyone and anyone!! Also I never write reviews but I had to!!"

"Upon checking into my room after a long ride I had to urinate and the toilet was clog , that was a little disturbing , but they did fix it . And they don’t have the rooms cleaned everyday ,except it requested , but if that’s the case the room room should be spotless but the bathtub Needed to be scrubbed."

"We were put in the old room which needs updating. I asked to change my room to a renovated room which was way better for a small fee. I would suggest giving the guest a choice before just putting them in an old room."
