"These rooms far outweighed my expectations. There is a small kitchenette with minimal utensils that will meet basic needs during one's stay, including fridge, microwave, stove, cups plates, dishes etc. The facilities were great and free coffee is provided in the morning. Parking was easy and free, although I did notice that the hotel are starting a parking fee starting Monday 11th May 2026 of $7 per night. "

"All features mentioned on their profile are not true. They said they offer airport shuttle and WiFi, however there is no WiFi and no airport shuttle. They offered me the second floor, however no elevator, I had to carry my luggage on the stairs myself with no assistance from the staff. They said they offer breakfast, however they offered just cereal and milk. Extremely poor breakfast. The hotel name is Quality In, however it is the worst quality service that hotel would offer. I highly recommend disqualify this hotel and remove it from Expedia page"

"Stayed 2 night in different rooms. Rooms were clean but 1st room had a slower draining tub. In a 5 min shower the tub filled up with 3 inches of water. 2nd room, the shower worked well, but the TV didn't work. On both occasions we called the front desk and was told there was no one that could help us. The hotel offers food, but doesn't have a real restaurant or bar. The hot food was OK, but the salad was something you would"
