"Our room was discusting. All kinds of dirty. I literally had to mop our room floor. Just filth. Hair all over the bathroom. Had to wipe all the handles and THE LIGHT SWITCHES. Had to unclog the bathtub. The doors have sludge running down them. The inside of the dresser was so dirty I left my clothes in my suitcase on the luggage rack. The luggage rack was so dirt I hesitated to put my suitcase on it. Bedding was clean but I’m sure that is outsourced. Thank god cause the “cleaning” staff are NOT...
