Everything was awesome!!! The staff was very helpful… the cleaning lady , the first day was very nice.. I gave her a big tip! She was our best friend in the building,;::.

'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach
Staff super friendly, beds really comfortable too many kids in jacuzzi, carpets needs upgrading, they do not answer their phones calling room service or front desk daily. Few other concerns yet overall a nice stay. Close to everything had a nice stay.

Castle Waikīkī Shore
Really feel like we got a bait and switch experience, sadly. Expedia quoted us one cleaning fee but the property said we had to pay more on arrival, even after I showed them the printed Expedia receipt. Further, because you can only see several "comparable" properties when you book, I didn't know ...
