"객실 상태가 첫 인상은 매우 고급스러워 보였으나 숙박을 하면서 디테일이 눈에 들어오니 부족한 부분이 보였다. 예를 들어 에어컨 패널이 떨어진 부분을 테이프로 붙여 놓은 점, 욕식의 샤워기 칸막이가 없어서 욕실이 무척 넓은데도 불구하고 갈아입을 옷 등에 물이 튀는 점, 그리고 욕실이 충분히 넓은데 욕조를 설치하지 않고 휑하게 공간을 비워놓은 점 등 객실 상태를 세부적으로 점검하여 개선할 여지가 많아 보였다. 하지만 위치가 좋고 특히 바다 전망이 훌륭하며 야외 풀장도 좋았다. "

Their consistency and attention to detail were remarkable. I would also like to sincerely thank Lunar Moon from the front office team. She was genuinely kind and helpful, and you could truly feel her sincerity in the way she assisted us. Her professionalism and warmth made a real difference to our experience. During check-out, Ellie from the front office was absolutely amazing. She continued to assist us until we were comfortably settled into our taxi. That level of care and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. The hotel’s location is also extremely convenient — just a couple of minutes from Line 2, City Hall Station Exit 9 — making it very easy to get around Seoul. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again when I return to Seoul, especially because of the outstanding housekeeping and front office staff. They are truly the heart of this hotel."

"We had a lovely time staying at the Westin. Our room was spacious and had the nice view of Hwangudan Altar. Every staff we met were polite and helpful. The beds were comfortable and we slept well every night. Breakfast had lots of varieties and tasted delicious. The location was very good with easy walking distance to many places that we liked to see. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi one afternoon also."
