Smith's Parish Vacation Packages

Great location right on the ocean for a reasonable (for Bermuda) price. Facilities are a bit dated, but clean, nice & safe. While we were there they seemed to be understaffed - our room, and that of other arriving guests, was not ready at check-in time and was not so for 1 1/2 hours. Noticed the same issue for other guests on other days. Restaurant is OK, but a very nice grocery store is just a short walk away, and since the rooms have fridges, you can do some budget dining. Coco Reef is not luxe, but it is a good value given the high cost of most beach-side hotels in Bermuda.

The staff was very nice and our room was beautiful. The weather was awful so that limited what we could do. The restaurant was very expensive and the food not very good. There’s really no beach either.

The resort was quiet and views outstanding. Restaurants, ferry boat, grocery store, busstop within a 10-min walk. Free shuttle van convenient to these areas plus to the beaches.

El hambre te muy agradable, desde la habitación se puede apreciar la belleza de la playa, la habitación espaciosa y limpia lo único que se escucha lo de la habitación vecina, durante mi estadía se fue el agua dos veces en un solo día, el personal amable especialmente los botones, en general bonita experiencia.

Room clean, staff great, pools fine.breakfast great. I was surprised to see a GOLD room have a bad view (#463),a city view is not back alleys and roof top air conditioning units. I am 85 years and I walk with a cane my wife 82, and we were given a room about 4 kms from the elevator, the door lock when exiting didn't always work correctly, one staff member passing by helped me lock it but still did it a few times later, never fixed, Fairmont is famous for recognizing special events, May 7th was our 60th wedding anniversary and a small single piece of chocolate cake was given to us, that didn't cut it with me? We ate dinner on the 6th at Intrepid and dinner was great, but the manager was over zealous a bit I think he hovered a bit too much, and referred to my wife as you're highness several times, she didn't like that, maybe I am being too fussy, but she was weeping a bit because of that. what do you think? There is no convenience shop to get any products like medical supplies, or women's hygiene items/ My final comment is "Hurry Up Southampton and finish the construction"
