"Nice space, matches description. Good views high on a hill. Couch was very comfortable. Wifi was stong. A little bit of a walk to buses. On day 3 some bugs appeared, and 1 dead roach, which means they do exterminate. Overall with the price point, great value."

"Perfect - very comfortable, view is lovely - enjoyed kayaking around the island in the sound. Plenty of room, well supplied, nice to eat outside at the outdoor table, outdoor chairs were very comfy as well. Wonderful!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this studio during my visit to Bermuda from June 11–14. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well-maintained, thoughtfully organized, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the location. Being directly across the street from the beach made it incredibly convenient and allowed me to easily enjoy the beautiful water and watch the sunrise throughout my stay. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Kyle was responsive, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-located place to stay. Thank you for helping make my trip such an enjoyable experience!"

Beautiful Water Front Property - Snorkel, Fish, or RELAX in the BEST LOCATION!

"First, I read a few negative reviews about this property before I came and I just want to set the record straight. 1. The property does share a location with a restaurant, however unlike one review said the back patio and rocks that go down to the water are still very private. We checked in on a Saturday and we had no issues with noise or anything from the restaurant.2. The property is much larger than the photos seem. Myself, my wife, our 4yr old all shared the two bedroooms/1 bathroom on the first floor. This honestly felt like its own separate place. My 2 friends came along and they shared the upstairs bedroom/bathroom. There was also an air mattress, the couch and some other places that could have been shared. We never felt like we were on top of each other and truly loved this house.This house was much more than we expected. The host was extremely accommodating and friendly. The restaurant had awesome food and had great hours for when you needed a quick drink or bite to eat. The water by the house was super relaxing and a great way to start/end the day. We left a couple pool noodles and those were clutch for floating down by the house. We couldn't have been happier with the experience from check in to check out. Thank you for making this such an incredible vacation."

"An amazing place to spend a relaxing vacation. Overlook the bay/ocean from the pool and enjoy the amazing colors, along with the birds. Want to cool off, jump in the pool or take a jump into the bay/ocean. Grab a kayak and go over to a secluded beach and see lots of fish swimming around. Easy walk to the Marketplace and bus. 3 zone tickets is all you need to get into Hamilton or go up to the quiet and unique St. George (most everything opens at 10am, fyi). This was the perfect place for our family of four. Rooms were spacious and secluded enough for us parents to have a little privacy. Pool was large, not salt water, and everything our kids wanted. Wayne was such a nice gentleman. He was very communicative and provided tons of information. Highly recommend."
