Hidden Valley Resort, an Ascend Collection Resort

"The resort was incredibly located for the wedding I was attending, and I imagine is perfect for those who love to ski, with the chairlifts, basically next to the parking lot in winter! The staff was lovely, shout out to Lana. My only complaints, and it's not really the fault of the hotel were the 10+ people who let their doors slam, waking me up several times, as well as those who allowed their kids to run in the hallways screaming at 7:30am. Also, the iron in the room leaked water all over my clothes, so that was a tad annoying, but I made it work in the end. The beds were clean, floors felt a bit sticky, the bathroom was clean, and the soaps/lotions provided were nice."

"Great location. Staff were helpful, especially Kaushal (not sure of spelling) who worked the front desk. He was very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure excellent service. He was very professional, and friendly. He was a credit to the Quality Inn. The 2 egg breakfast was an excellent deal price wise, as well as being satisfying. The servers were all excellent and a credit to the hotel. I don't normally review hotels I stay at, but your hotel was worthy of one. i have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone!"

"It property has potential. But amenities are lacking slightly ( no coffee) The. Yard area could use some tidying . However the rooms are generally clean and the property is pleasant with potential to be great. The restaurant is quite nice and the staff friendly. I would stay again. The spot is nice ."

"Showing it's Muskoka age the resort is a great place to unwind. our room was clean and updated,however it's path to the entrance was showing its age in algae, overgrowth and a somewhat unappealing entrance. The lodge hasn't changed since our last visit and the meal was delicious with a great server. Overall with a little tender care it could be restored to its original charm"

"Enjoyed the stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Huntsville - Muskoka. Upon check-in, front desk staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The Room was spacious, very clean, and the Queen size bed was very comfortable. The complimentary hot and cold buffet breakfast was wonderful and offered a good variety of items, such as a pancake machine, cereals, yogurts, eggs, bacon, home fries, fresh fruits, coffee and juice. Conveniently located within walking distance of the Hotel was a Kelseys Restaurant, some fast-food spots and a Walmart Supercenter. More restaurants were located just a short 6-minute drive away. Will definitely stay at this hotel again."
