When we arrived we were met by Leo who was our contact for the entire stay. He was our bartender, waiter, and tour guide. Leo made our vacation memorable, he went above and beyond. The resort was beautiful and all the employees where friendly and did everything to make sure we were comfortable and happy. When we go back to San Ignacio we will be staying at this resort again. The food was amazing.

We stayed for our anniversary and absolutely loved it here. The staff were so kind, welcoming and accommodating. Meeting the other guests and getting to know them was so awesome and we felt like family, it was so sad to leave. The food was excellent. We could have stayed another week. We enjoyed snorkeling, diving and paddle boarding and kayaking. We will definitely be back!

Shake Caye is amazing......hands down the best place for tranquility, peace, privacy, unmatched service, delicious food, beautiful rooms, and I could go on and on. From the captain Andre, that's that man, to Rod the bartender, Percy who goes everywhere, Daisy and Glenda who cater to any needs, to all of the staff behind the scenes, you cannot ask for a better staff at a resort! Thank you to All of the Shaka Caye team for the best trip my wife and I have ever had. We will be back and I'd suggest to anyone looking at a smaller all inclusive resort....choose Shaka Caye!!!!
