The staff at check in were polite and helpful. They made check in quick and easy. The room itself was great - spacious and with a view of the N Seoul Tower. The property is right next to the Chungmuro metro station exits 5 and 6 which makes getting to other parts of Seoul very easy. There’s a Starbucks downstairs and plenty of coffee shops and convenience stores close by. Would recommend!

Everything was good except for the layout of the room. There was a huge support pillar that cuts into the middle of the room. As our bed was facing the pillar, we have to squeeze around it with our luggage.

The Hotel is a little distance away from the airport and is at least 45 minutes to an hour train ride away from downtown Seoul so take that into consideration when booking this location.
