"The staff were incredibly kind, the lounges were also quiet and clean as well. The rooms were spectacular and they also provided new towels each day. They make sure you are not disturbed and caution on not making much noise. Thank you for the pleasant experience, I shall stay here again. "

"Very close to Shinagawa Station yet still a very quiet room. Lots of amenities nearby including restaurants, 7 Eleven, drug store... Only downside was the room was a bit warm and A/C was not very effective."

"Fantastic experience, my wife ran the Tokyo Marathon in March so we stayed here for 8 nights. Everything was perfect, clean room perfect housekeeping everyday, easy access to breakfast and 7 eleven inside the hotel, even the location was just a 15 minutes train ride to the busier districts. I would definitely stay at Grand Prince Takanawa again."
