Room had all the amenities you could wish for during a 2 week stay with a perfect system for room keeping. Anything extra needed like toiletries or teabags could be refilled for free down in the lobby. Staff was exceptionally helpful during the stay, available to help in any situation and spoke fluent english. Checkout time was at 11am on my last day, but my flight was at 5pm, they accepted to hold onto my luggage safely for a few hours while I explored the city of Tokyo one last time before heading to the airport.
